- Pre-Matric Scholarship for Minorities: Yearly family income of the students should be Rs.60,000/- or less are eligible for stipend @ Rs.400/- (Class-VI to VII), @ Rs.500/- (Class IX & X)
- Post-Matric Scholarship for Minorities: Yearly family income of the students should be Rs.60,000/- or less are eligible for stipend @ Rs.650/- (Class XI & XII)
- Special Incentive to Minority Girls Students: Class VI to VIII minority girls students have to secured the 60 & marks in annual exam are eligible for stipend @ Rs.500/- and Class IX girls students are eligible for @ Rs.800/-
- Abul Kalam Azad Merit Award for Madhyamik Passed Students: Students have to passed the Madhyamik examination with 60% marks are eligible for stipend Rs.2500/-
- Abul Kalam Azad Merit Award for H.S (+2 stage) Passed Students: Students have to passed the H.S (+2 stage) examination with 60% marks are eligible for stipend Rs.3500/-
- Begam Rokeya Gold Medal Award (Madhyamik & H.S): Girls students who secured highest marks in the Madhyamik and H.S examination got Rs.21,000/- (Rs.15,000 cash & Rs.6,000/- gold medal)
- Chief Minister Meritorious Minority Girls Gold Award: Muslim Girls students who secure top 10 Position in Board examination (Madhyamik & H.S) got Rs.25,000/- (Rs.19,000/- cash & Rs.6000/- gold medal).
- Financial Assistance to the Minority Patients under Nucleus Budget Scheme: Yearly family income of the patients is Rs. 1,20,000/-. The Financial Assistance up to Rs.6,000/- for treatment inside the state and Rs.15,000/- treatment outside the state.
- Pradhan Mantri Jana Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) (erstwhile MSDP): Infrastructure development under Education, Health & Economic Sector such as construction of Additional Classrooms, School building, Science Lab, Computer Lab, Hostels, Health Sub Centre, Anganwadi Sub Centre, Construction of Deep Tube Well.
- One Time Financial Support for Economically Weaker Meritorious Minority Students for pursuing different Professional courses: Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks and yearly family income should be 2.5 Lakhs or less. The eligible students got financial support of Rs. 50,000/- & additive financial assistance of Rs.40,000/- in two installments for two years.
- Central Sector Schemes (CSS): In CSS, three Scholarships schemes are available:
- Pre-Matric Scholarship for Minorities CS: Students can apply from class I- class X with annual family income is Rs.1 Lakhs along 50% marks in previous examination
- Post-Matric Scholarship for Minorities CS: Students can apply from class XI and class XII with annual family income is Rs.2 Lakhs along 50% marks in previous final examination.
- Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses CS: Those students who are studying in professional and technical courses, they can apply for the said scheme with annual family income is Rs.2.5 Lakhs along 50% marks in previous examination/course.
